One of the realms of the Empire, the Elven States is a landlocked region near the center of the continent. It is bordered by the Mountain Realm to the west, and the River Realm, the Forest Realm and the Great City to the east.
It is the heartland of the elves. The capital is the Elven Quarter, one of the quarters of the Great City.
